We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Assistant to join our team. As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance department by performing various administrative and financial tasks. Responsibilities:

- Perform basic math calculations to determine loan amounts and interest rates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues related to financing options
- Collaborate with the sales team to upsell additional financial products or services
- Assist with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) compliance and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Support the finance team with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and report generation

Experience:
- Previous experience in a finance-related role is preferred but not required from Auto Dealership

- Basic knowledge of financial services and automotive sales is a plus
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform calculations accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in using CRM systems or ability to quickly learn new software platforms
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information

Pay: Up to $57,777.81 per year
